Overview:
TechX is on the lookout for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role is designed to boost our expansion efforts, driving new business opportunities for our cloud services, data services, and data platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business development within the tech industry, in Vietnam, demonstrating a proven track record of exceeding BD/sales targets and forging strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share. Develop strategies to target and penetrate key market segments.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to establish a robust network and collaborative opportunities.
- Effectively manage and monitor the BD/sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of leads and conversions. Link with the account management team to close deals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements. Leverage insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Account Management/Solution Consulting and Marketing teams to align on strategies, share market insights, and drive cohesive growth initiatives.
- Implement effective sales strategies tailored to TechX's offerings and the needs of the target market. Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients. Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the technology in Vietnam
- Strong understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent networking skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
