Job Overview: The Partner Business Manager plays a critical role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships for TechX. This role involves creating, monitoring, and executing partner business plans that align with the organization’s strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, in-depth knowledge of AWS, an open mindset, and experience working with IT vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute Partner Business Plan
- Strategic Partner Business Plan:
- Develop, monitor, and drive the successful execution of TechX's partner business plans in alignment with the organization's strategy
- Ensure effective and regular communication with TechX's business, technical, and marketing teams
b. Capability and Competency: - Provide consultancy to the Board of Directors (BoD) and relevant teams on suitable pathways and timelines for TechX's capability and competency plans.
- Conduct detailed action planning, monitor progress, and ensure the successful delivery and achievement of these plans.
c. Business Partner Services and Solution Offering: - Manage the creation and updates of TechX's services, solutions, and product offerings on partner public listing channels (including partner profiles, partner finder portal, marketplaces, etc.).
- Actively promote TechX's services, solutions, and product offerings with business partners to drive co-selling and collaboration initiatives.
- Collaborate with TechX's internal teams (business, technical, and marketing) to create and update sales and marketing assets and collaterals to support partner co-selling.
d. Partner Programs and Funding: - Continuously learn about TechX's strategic partners’ programs and funding initiatives.
- Provide accurate advice and consultation to the business team to maximize TechX's business benefits.
- Support the business team throughout the funding process, understanding partner funding structures and proficiently using partner funding tools/portals.
2. Partner Engagement and Communication: -
Liaise to ensure clear and effective communication and drive meaningful engagements between TechX's internal team and their partner counterparts.
3. Cloud Market Understanding: 10%
- Conduct research on TechX's partner ecosystems and continuously monitor competitors.
- Provide timely updates to the business team and BoD about the latest activities and market moveme
nts to drive strategic actions ensuring TechX's leading position in the Vietnam market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Open mindset and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with IT vendors and managing partnerships.
