Role Overview

Our Project Manager role is a pivotal position responsible for driving the success of our projects. You'll be the architect of project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Your resource management skills will be put to the test as you allocate and optimize resources for project requirements. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their expectations are met will be a core focus. You'll also be the guardian of quality, ensuring project deliverables align with standards. As a proactive problem-solver, you'll identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive change management to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities

Project Management:
▪ Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
▪ Develop detailed project plan and execute the project.
▪ Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
▪ Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
▪ Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
▪ Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and maximizing cost-effectiveness.

Resource Management:
▪ Prepare resource planning in coordination with cross departments.
▪ Plan and allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, based on project
requirements.
▪ Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal resource allocation.
▪ Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any resource conflicts or constraints.
▪ Regularly review resource allocation and make adjustments as necessary to optimize project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:
▪ Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
▪ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project
objectives.
▪ Communicate project expectations, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders.
▪ Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Risk and Issue Management:
▪ Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
▪ Monitor project progress to identify and address any issues or obstacles.
▪ Escalate risks or issues as needed and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.
▪ Implement effective change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

Quality Assurance:
▪ Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to defined project requirements.
▪ Implement quality control measures and processes to track and address any deviations or defects.
▪ Conduct deliverable review and/or coordinate with relevant leads for deliverable review.
▪ Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement

Key requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the banking industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), tools,
and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving System Integration, AWS services, Data
Services, or Software Development.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
• Experience in resource management, including resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Proven analytical skills, data visualization.
• Soft skills: problem solving, communication and presentation.
