Role Description

TechX is seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring and retaining top talent while enhancing employee engagement initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Coordinate with Senior talent acquisition to identify staffing needs and define selection criteria.

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Talent Management:

• Execute & support on HR operations projects and activities

• Facilitate and support for the On/ Offboarding Process for newcomers & employees to deliver great candidates, employees experience

• Conduct Monthly Employee check-up

Employee Engagement & Internal Communication:

• Execute engagement and internal communication strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate assessments, and engagement metrics.

• Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment performance and employee engagement outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• First experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).

• Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamic & people-oriented characteristic and has experience organizing internal activities.

• Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making related to recruitment and engagement initiatives.
