Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the development of Generative AI (GenAI) products and internal AI-driven solutions while also delivering AI-based services to our customers. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, helping define AI use cases, drive product innovation, and ensure successful implementation of customer-facing AI solutions such as chatbot proof-of-concepts (POC) and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

AI Product Development & Internal Use Cases:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to define business needs and identify AI opportunities for internal tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape and refine AI/GenAI product roadmaps.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for AI-driven internal products.
• Define and track success metrics for AI solutions and ensure continuous improvements.

Customer-Focused AI Solutions & Delivery:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into AI/GenAI use cases.
• Support the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions such as chatbots, data analytics models, and automation tools.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and collaborate with technical teams to develop AI-driven POCs.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Support AI product adoption by working with customers on onboarding, training, and feedback collection.
• Support technical and QA team for bug fixing
• Take lead and responsible for the quality and delivery of the requirement document and requirement analysis works.
• Support Project Manager to identify out of scope item

Delivery Process Improvement and Optimization:

• Support the company to improve the delivery process.

Capabilities and competencies build:

• Achieve mandatory certificates as agreed and aligned with company core competency plan.
• Attend the mandatory training programs for personal skill development.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, chatbots, databases, and data pipelines and data analytics concepts.
• Strong knowledge with banking or financial services domain.
• Ability to analyze and translate complex business needs into actionable AI use cases.  
• Capabilities to design business processes, business workflows, data flows following BPMN standards using various tools such as Visio, and Camunda Modeler.
• Good understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience of project management tools (Jira Software and Confluence).
• Proven analytical skills, data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
