Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with strong process thinking and system design capability to support the development and scaling of our internal digital operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams (HR, Delivery, Product, AI, Finance) to translate operational needs into structured workflows, tracking systems, and process automations.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between business needs and systems thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Map and document business processes across functions (delivery, onboarding, reporting, HR, etc.)
- Propose system-driven solutions that enhance traceability, collaboration, and automation
- Support implementation of digital tools (e.g., work/project management, reporting dashboards, documentation systems)
- Build structured templates (forms, reports, workflows) for repeatable operations
- Assist in setting up KPIs and dashboards for operational tracking
- Help guide adoption of new processes across teams, providing training and documentation
Key Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital operations, or systems implementation
- Strong logical and analytical thinking; ability to break down complex workflows
- Experience working with any digital operations tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Monday, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Solid communication and facilitation skills — able to gather, structure, and document user requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese; good working proficiency in English
- Bonus: experience with low-code platforms, reporting tools, or automation systems
