We are seeking a meticulous, proactive, and compliant Accountant to manage key financial operations, with primary focus on cash/bank transactions, tax reporting, accounts payable, and fixed assets. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, legality, and timeliness of our daily accounting activities and
compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cash & Bank Management (1st priority):
- Execute all cash and bank transactions (e.g., preparing payment orders, checks, cash receipts).
- Verify the validity and legality of all incoming/outgoing payment documentation.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash and bank balances.
- Manage cash books and bank statements meticulously.

2. Tax Accounting (2nd prior):
- Prepare and submit periodic tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT) in accordance with legal regulations and deadlines.
- Monitor and update new tax regulations and policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide necessary data explanations to tax authorities upon request.
- Support in preparing year-end tax finalization declarations.

3. Accounts Payable & Purchasing:
- Verify and reconcile incoming invoices and supporting documents for purchases.
- Record all purchasing transactions (goods, services, fixed assets, tools/equipment) accurately in the accounting software (Fast).
- Track and reconcile accounts payable with vendors.
- Propose timely payments to vendors.

4. Other Accounting Tasks:
- Maintain systematic and scientific storage of accounting documents and ledgers.
- Prepare various internal reports as required by the Chief Accountant.
- Provide support to other accounting team members as needed.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in general accounting, with hands-on experience in tax reporting, cash/bank management, and accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and current tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Fast.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling financial data.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a cheerful team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience working in a technology company or with specific service procurement
