Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and creative HR-TA Intern to join our People & Culture team in Ho Chi Minh
City. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, organizing events, and bringing energy and ideas to a collaborative workplace. You’ll be supporting both Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition activities — from designing internal communication templates and planning events to learning how recruitment works behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented, full of ideas, and enjoy a fast-moving environment, this is your chance to grow in the HR field with hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Engagement & Internal Communications

• Develop templates, presentations, and content for internal communications (emails, posts, newsletters, internal campaigns).
• Ideate, plan, and organize company-wide activities and events: company trips, year-end parties, celebration
days, and team-bonding sessions.
• Propose new ideas to strengthen employee engagement and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Support day-to-day HR operations: scheduling interviews, managing HR paperwork, and assisting with event
logistics.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance internal communication and engagement
experience.
• Bonus: Use your design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.) to create visuals and materials for HR and internal communication initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition Support
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with updating candidate database, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Learn about the end-to-end hiring process — sourcing, screening, engagement, and onboarding.
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Key Requirements:

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field
• Energetic, proactive, and creative personality with teamwork and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Solid writing and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English (intermediate level and above).
• Proficient with ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI tools, Google Workspace or MS Office tools.
• Design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) are bonus.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and passionate about building company culture and people engagement.
