Job Description:

The Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist plays a strategic and people-driven role in strengthening TechX’s culture, employee experience, and internal brand. This role combines internal communication and employee engagement to ensure our people feel connected, informed, supported, and inspired.

You will lead internal communication campaigns, organize internal events end-to-end, ensure two-way communication across the company, and create initiatives that make TechX a better workplace. You bring together communication, creativity, HR understanding, and a deep focus on people.

This role acts as the center point of connection between employees, TA, HRBP, leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Planning

• Build and execute internal communication & engagement calendar
  
• Set communication plans for internal campaigns
  
• Ensure all communications reflect TechX values, tone, and culture
  
  
2. Content & Channels Management

• Manage communication across internal channels
  
• Publish updates, news, stories, spotlight, achievements, campaigns, HR policy updates, and internal events
  
• Write, coordinate, and deliver content in collaboration with: TA Engagement, Content Specialist, Designer, Marketing.
  
  
3. Internal Branding & Storytelling

• Create engaging storytelling about our culture, people, achievements, promotions, teams

4. Engagement Programs
• Lead digital and offline campaigns: challenges, games, celebrations, wellness, recognition
• Lead and manage internal events entirely, including: company trip, celebrations, community events
• Collaborate with TA Engagement in HCM City and Hanoi for activities roll-out
  
  
5. People Connection & Culture

• Actively engage with employees, teams, and leaders to understand their needs and sentiment
  
• Build strong internal relationships to become a trusted connector between employees and HR
  
• Partner with HRBP and HR Director to identify experience gaps and recommend improvements
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in internal communication, employee engagement, HR, employer branding, or related fields
  
• Experience organizing events
  
• Experience in a tech or fast-growing company preferred
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills (written & verbal)
• Strong project and event management
• Ability to connect with people at different levels
• Creative mindset 
• Skilled in planning, coordination, and multi-tasking
• Good understanding of culture, engagement, and employee experience topics
• Comfortable interacting with designers, content creators
