Job Description:

Program Manager who leads and manages internal and AI-related projects. This role requires a strong sense of accountability to deliver milestones and meet continuously evolving high-level requirements from stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of enterprise systems, data workflows, and automation, combined with the ability to bridge technical configurations and business needs to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of internal and AI-driven projects — from planning, execution to deployment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project and program plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure high commitment to achieving milestones and requirements aligned with business objectives and leadership priorities.
• Coordinate with multiple product teams and technical units to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company strategy.
• Identify interdependencies among projects and ensure smooth integration across systems and teams.

System & Workflow Understanding

• Work closely with technical teams to understand system configurations, data flows, and application integrations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project tasks and technical deliverables.
• Understand and optimize AI and automation workflows to improve project efficiency and internal processes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions with transparency.
• Ensure timely alignment on priorities and expectations with senior management.

Risk & Change Management

• Anticipate potential risks, identify bottlenecks, and develop mitigation strategies early.
• Manage change effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration between AI engineers, analysts, and business owners.
• Foster a results-oriented and accountable team culture.
• Mentor and support team members to strengthen project delivery capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in program or project management for AI, technology, or enterprise system projects.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data workflows, or business process automation.
• Experience working in environments with continuous requirements from senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the banking, financial services, or enterprise software sector is a plus.
