Job Overview:
We are looking for driven Sales Executives to join our Saigon office, focusing on B2B sales of TechX’s Products, Platforms, SaaS, and GenAI solutions.
This role is designed as a development path toward Account Management.
Sales Executive will work closely with Account Managers and Directors on specific strategic accounts, contributing to revenue growth while building deep understanding of customer business, industry, and long-term account strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account & Growth Contribution:
Support Account Managers/Directors in managing and growing assigned key accounts.
Participate in account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity tracking.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
2. Sales Execution
Drive and support sales opportunities within assigned accounts and segments.
Participate in end-to-end sales cycles: qualification, solution positioning, proposal, and closing.
Position TechX Products, SaaS platforms, Cloud, and GenAI solutions aligned with customer needs.
Contribute to achieving team revenue and growth targets.
3. New Business Development (Selective)
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts or assigned segments.
Support expansion into new departments, business units, or subsidiaries of key customers.
4. Collaboration & Deal Execution
Work closely with Technical, PM, Product teams to build tailored solutions.
Coordinate with partners/vendors (e.g., AWS and ecosystem partners) to strengthen proposals.
Ensure smooth internal alignment and effective deal execution.
5. Learning & Account Management Development
Learn structured account management practices from senior team members.
Develop understanding of customer industries (Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics/Transportation).
Build capability to independently manage accounts in the future.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account support roles.
Experience in IT, software, SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions is preferred.
Exposure to enterprise customers is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in long-term account development (not only short-term sales).
Good commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Structured thinking and willingness to learn complex solutions (Cloud, Data, GenAI).
Proactive, accountable, and growth-oriented.
Good English communication (spoken & written).
Familiar with CRM tools and pipeline management.
