Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Talent Acquisition Executive/Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. This role goes beyond recruiting, you’ll be shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard talent while helping to build a world-class employee experience.

You’ll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and the wider HRMarcom team to make sure every candidate and employee interaction reflects the TechX culture: fast-moving, transparent, and human.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment for various functions (Tech, Product, Business) from sourcing to interviewing. Utilize social media recruiting, job boards, and professional networks, AND craft compelling digital content to attract top talent.

• Partner with TA members and hiring managers to define requirements, craft interview plans, conduct in-depth interviews, and evaluate candidate skills and potential and ensure smooth, high-quality hiring experiences.

• Manage our recruitment content calendar, track performance metrics, and stay ahead of digital recruiting trends.

• Maintain and optimize data accuracy in ATS and HR systems.

• Support reporting and hiring metrics, ensuring processes are consistent and well-documented.

• Cultivate relationships with industry professionals, build a strong talent pipeline, and become an employer branding champion.

• Contribute to employer branding and content for careers pages and social media. Represent the company at career fairs, industry conferences, and other events to attract and connect with top talent.

• Support onboarding programs to create a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.

• Collaborate on internal engagement activities and content, from onboarding touchpoints to team events and communications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Tech hiring or a related field.

• A proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

• A passion for building a strong employer brand and promoting company culture.

• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Experience with recruiting tools and technologies a plus.

• Dynamic, confident, curious, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
