Job Overview:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to define how the market understands, values, and chooses our platform, and to build the messaging and enablement engine that helps our go-to-market team sell it consistently and credibly. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who can turn a technically complex platform into business outcomes that CIOs, CFOs, and operations leaders act on — in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging
• Define and land the platform’s positioning and the core narrative that anchors all communication.
• Build the messaging framework across our offerings — what each is, who it’s for, and the business outcome it delivers.
• Translate technical capability into CIO/CFO/Ops-ready language, with a clear benefit hierarchy and credible reasons to believe.
• Define differentiation so our offerings are clearly distinct in the customer’s mind.
Sales & Partner Enablement
• Build and own the core sales kit: pitch deck, one-pagers, battlecards, and proposal templates.
• Co-build partner-ready and cloud-alliance versions of assets with partner and alliance leads.
• Drive adoption — ensure the kit is used by sales and partners in live deals, not just published.
Solution & Commercial Narrative
• Work with Product, Delivery, and Finance to shape the packaging and commercial narrative (owning the story, not pricing authority).
• Ensure clear scope-to-message alignment that Sales and Delivery can stand behind.
Customer Story & Proof
• Capture lighthouse customer stories and turn them into reusable proof points.
• Build a benefit-led evidence base — metrics, testimonials, and references — that strengthens every pitch.
Messaging Governance
• Own messaging guardrails: evidence-backed claims, no overclaim, and approved partner/funding language.
• Run a content approval path so assets are reviewed before reaching customers and partners.
Market Intelligence
• Act as the voice of the market inside the company — feeding competitive and frontline insight back into positioning and the product roadmap.
Key Requirements:
Experience
• 6–10+ years in product or solution marketing within enterprise technology, cloud, SaaS, AI, or managed services (MSP).
• Proven track record taking a product’s or solution’s positioning from concept to market.
• Demonstrated success packaging services and solutions into sellable offers — not just listing features.
• Experience building messaging frameworks and sales-enablement assets that frontline teams actually adopt.
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous, startup-like environments.
Domain & Skills
• Strong understanding of cloud, AWS, AI, SaaS, and managed-services / platform business models.
• Familiarity with AWS co-sell, marketplace, or partner-led GTM motions (advantageous).
• Comfort with messaging governance and no-overclaim discipline, ideally in enterprise or regulated contexts.
• Executive- and sales-ready writing — turning technical capability into business outcomes for C-level buyers.
• Able to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Customer-centric, data-informed approach grounded in research, segmentation, and market feedback.
• Excellent communicator in both English and Vietnamese.
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing AI, Generative AI, or agentic products to business buyers.
• Background in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience within AWS Partners, MSPs, System Integrators, or cloud-native ISVs.
• Existing relationships within the AWS or cloud-partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia / APAC.
