Job Overview:
We are looking for driven Sales Executives to join our Hanoi office, focusing on B2B sales of TechX’s AI products.
This role is designed as a development path toward Account Manager. Sales Executives will work closely with Account Managers and Directors, contributing to revenue growth while building deep understanding of customer business, industry, and long-term account strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned customers.
Build relationships with key customer stakeholders and maintain regular customer engagement.
Understand customers' business priorities and identify opportunities where TechX's products can support their goals.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
2. Sales Execution
Participate in end-to-end sales cycles: qualification, solution positioning, proposal, and closing.
Present TechX's products and business value to prospective customers.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely proposals and successful deal execution.
Contribute to achieving team revenue and growth targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with customers and key decision makers.
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
Maintain regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover future opportunities.
4. Collaboration & Deal Execution
Work closely with Technical, PM, and Product teams to build tailored solutions.
Coordinate with partners/vendors (e.g., AWS and ecosystem partners) to strengthen proposals.
Ensure smooth internal alignment and effective deal execution.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
Experience in IT, software, SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions is preferred.
Exposure to enterprise customers is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in long-term account development (not only short-term sales).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Structured thinking and willingness to learn complex solutions (Cloud, Data, GenAI).
Proactive, accountable, and growth-oriented.
Good English communication (spoken & written).
Familiar with CRM tools and pipeline management.
