Role Overview:

The Junior Solution Architect (Presales) supports customer-facing technical engagements by assisting Senior Solution Architects / Presales Engineers in understanding customer environments and preparing technical materials.

This is a technical learning role, not a sales role. The focus is on building foundational enterprise architecture knowledge, understanding Synaptix positioning, and supporting presales activities with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Customer Support (Guided)

• Participate in customer discovery sessions mainly for listening, note-taking, and clarification

• Help document customer environments and technical requirements

• Support preparation of architecture diagrams; integration mappings; demo or POC environments (under guidance)

• Assist in POC / pilot preparation (technical setup, documentation, validation steps)

Product & Architecture Learning

• Learn Synaptix functional landscape and license structure

• Understand clearly: What Synaptix does and What Synaptix intentionally does NOT do

• Learn enterprise IT concepts: governance, architecture layers, integrations

• Reuse approved presales templates and materials correctly

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Senior Presales / Senior SA for task execution

• Coordinate with GTM Operations and Product Enablement teams

• Ensure all customer-facing materials are approved, consistent, and accurate 

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years total experience presales engineer, IT operations or relevant technical customer facing positions

• Basic understanding of IT operations, Monitoring/alerting, and Incidents & RCA

• Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms

• Willingness to learn enterprise architecture & governance language

• Curious, careful, and structured. Good interpersonal and communication skills
