Role Overview:
The HRBP-HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving employee performance and aligning individual goals with organizational objectives. This position requires a professional HR with proven experience in technology companies and a strong focus on performance management, performance review processes, KPIs and talent development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management
- Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks tailored to TechX’s business needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to set clear, measurable KPIs for employees.
- Provide regular training to managers and employees on performance evaluation processes.
2. KPI Development and Monitoring
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop tools and dashboards to monitor real-time KPI progress.
3. Employee Reviews and Feedback
- Coordinate performance reviews, ensuring timelines are met.
- Facilitate constructive feedback sessions between employees and managers.
- Ensure performance review documentation is accurate, standardized, and aligned with company policies.
4.Talent Development and Retention
- Identify high-potential employees and collaborate on personalized development plans with TA team.
- Recommend training and upskilling programs based on performance outcomes.
- Support retention strategies by fostering a culture of growth and recognition.
5. HR Enhancement
- Continuously refine HR policies & processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure all performance-related policies & processes are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights for improving team performance and employee engagement.
- Prepare detailed performance and KPI reports for senior leadership.
7. Employee Culture
- Promote an environment of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in a technology company. Or similar roles with similar scope as the role description.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems, KPI frameworks, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and data analysis platforms
- Solid communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
